KEITH MENIN
Born and Raised in Miami, a 4th generation entrepreneur, Keith Menin, at a very young age, stepped into the family hospitality business bringing in his own ideas and concepts. At 22, Menin graduated from the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and immediately returned to Miami. With projects such as the Segovia Towers in Coral Gables, he began creating his vision. On April 1, 2005 his vision became a reality with the opening of the Sanctuary South Beach’s premier ultra-luxury boutique condo hotel.
It wasn’t just Menin’s new hotel that made waves in Miami, his opening party in spring 2005 was named the year’s best by The Miami Beach Sun Post. The charming young entrepreneur drew immediate comparisons to boutique hotel pioneer and Studio 54 founder Steve Rubell
Menin’s latest projects include three new developments: The Raffaello Hotel in Chicago, a partnership with the Morgans Hotel Group to bring the Mondrian Hotel to South Beach, and a second Sanctuary resort on the island of Eleuthera Bahamas. Building upon his proven formula with The Sanctuary, all three of his new projects will be hotels with condominiums that offer a chic home away from home at reasonable prices.
